Publishing on the Decentralized Web

What a creator-owned Substack could look like on content-addressed infrastructure: consumer publishing for the permaweb.
A talk at IPFS Camp on bringing product thinking to IPFS, specifically to publishing.
The infrastructure already existed to host content no single server controlled. What did not exist was a publishing experience a normal creator would actually choose. I walked through what a decentralized, creator-owned publishing product, a Substack for the permaweb, would really need: identity, a clean reading surface, distribution, and durability that never asks the reader to understand the storage layer.
It is the same instinct behind my IPFS-as-a-drive and DNS work. The technology can be new; the experience has to feel familiar.
