US patent US20130124272A1, credited to Ramine Darabiha and assigned to Rovio Entertainment, priority 2011.
A rewards architecture in which one service domain maintains a reward database for its users while a second domain's events are identified as triggers, so rewards can be driven by activity across games and services rather than a single title. It grew out of the Angry Birds Magic work, and was drafted with Rovio's chief legal officer as part of the patenting program Ramine ran.
